Azure Data Factory is used for orchestrating data flow from many sources to one or several sources, sinks, based on triggers or schedules. Its one of the most popular ETL tools in the industry.

     The steps of using ADF are:

1. Linked Services: Connections to data stores or compute resources.

2. Datasets: Definitions of the data structures for input and output.

3. Pipelines: Workflows that define the steps to move and process data.

   • Activities: Specific tasks within a pipeline.

   • Triggers: event-based or schedule-based mechanisms to initiate pipeline execution.
